MENU HIGHLIGHTS
Fresh is what we like to cook with, from baking our own
breads and pizzas to creating our own sauces and dressing.
Handmade pastas and even our own curry powder for our
braised Lamb Shank.
Fish is locally caught as well as sweet lobsters. Trendy
delicious salads and Bonaire's Best Burger which has been
served for over 25 years here and fantastic Fish & Chips. We
use Argentine and US Angus Beef. As you would expect the
desserts are homemade and very fine.

Beef Carpaccio - Argentinean meat thinly sliced with fresh
